Parents who wish to enrol their child at United School must first complete the Admission Application Form. The form collects basic information about the student and helps the school prepare for the entrance assessment.

Entrance Exam and Result

After submitting the application form, students will appear for the entrance exam. The test helps the school understand the student’s academic level.

Entrance Exam Date:

  • First Entrance Examination (Grade 1 only): Saturday, 7th Chaitra 2082
  • Second Entrance Examination (All Classes): Saturday, 14th Chaitra 2082

Note: Additional entrance examinations may be conducted on subsequent Saturdays, depending on seat availability and admission requirements.

Enrolment/ Admission Confirmation

Students who pass the entrance exam must confirm their admission within the given time, as informed by the school administration.

Once the process is completed, the student officially becomes part of the United School community and can begin preparing for the upcoming academic session.

Note: You may visit the school office to collect and submit the admission form on all working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For your convenience, the school office is also open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Office Information (Admisssion Period)

The Information and Accounts Office will remain open on all Saturdays starting from 30th Falgun 2082 until the end of Chaitra 2082 to assist parents with admission inquiries, form submission, and fee-related services.

Admission Procedure

At United School, the admission process is simple and clear for parents and students.

United School accepts students at different academic levels based on age and grade eligibility. The admission timeline and requirements vary depending on the level.

Pre-Primary School 18 months onward Start dates are offered for all Year groups. All year long, subject to availability, applications accepted
Primary School 6yrs to 9yrs Age Group from 6yrs plus are eligible for primary. Applications are taken only at the start of the session.
Lower Secondary School 10yrs to 12yrs Age Group from 10yrs plus are eligible for Lower secondary school. Applications are taken only at the start of the session.
Secondary School 13yrs to 16yrs Age Group from 13yrs plus are eligible for Lower secondary school. Applications are taken only at the start of the session.

School Uniform and Bookshop Guidelines

Uniform guidelines will be provided to parents after admission confirmation. Parents can purchase the required uniform from the authorised supplier:

4 Green socks (Prescribed). Green socks up to knee (Grade I-V) - Prescribed.
5 White handkerchief. White ribbon / hair band.
6 Sunday House Dress (according to house). White handkerchief.

Winter Uniform

Note: Along with the school Uniform students have to wear National Dress (Daura -Suruwal for boys and Guniyo - Choli for girls) every Wednesday. On special occasions students can wear ethnic dress as per their ethnic group.

Parents can purchase the prescribed textbooks and learning materials for each grade from the designated book shop.

Scholarship

The Merit-Based Scholarship is awarded to the top three students of each class after every term.

The top-ranking students of their entire class/grade receive a 75% scholarship on monthly tuition fees, the second-ranking student receives a 50% scholarship, and the third-ranking student receives a 25% scholarship.

The scholarship is applicable for the duration of the upcoming academic session.
